The Full Story
Brianna Knight is a R&B, Neo-Soul singer, songwriter and producer from Spring Valley, New York. Taking inspiration from Lauryn Hill, Jill Scott, Jazmine Sullivan and H.E.R, Brianna's voice explores her soprano & alto range. Within her years of performance she’s featured twice at the Apollo, opened for musicians like Samoht and Ruslan KD. She has recently written jingles for Chime and performed for the Women Songwriters Hall of Fame. Her storytelling is based on her experiences as a black woman. Her single So Deep was featured by VIBE magazine as one of the Top 10 R&B songs of the year. She also garnered attention from EARMILK, highlighting her lyricism and unique voice. Her music has accrued over 1 million streams and she is on a journey to becoming a household name. She hopes to one day bring neo-soul back to the center of the music industry. In her spare time she models and performs spoken word poetry. Her spoken-word films titled Ladybug, were screened in two film festivals, one by TheLunaCollective & by Lift Off Global Network. She is currently working on her debut EP centered around black relationships & self love.
